The cozy apartment is a 45m² accommodation completely renovated and decorated up to date.
It is located in front of Victoria beach and is very close to areas of interest such as supermarkets, excellent restaurants, tapas bars and entertainment in the city. In addition, in summer, you can enjoy the great sports atmosphere of the Cádiz Arena, a seasonal sports stadium located right in front of the accommodation. It is a very well connected area where parking will not be a problem as it has a private parking space.
It has 1 bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen. The building has an elevator and the apartment has a small 3m2 terrace to see the best sunsets overlooking the sea.
🆔📄 Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist lease upon check-in (according to Decree 28/2016 of the Andalusian Government on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Apartamento muy cómodo de un dormitorio con vistas al mar. Dormitorio con armarios empotrados, baño con ducha muy cómoda, salón con cocina y balcón con vistas al mar (y al antiguo cementerio). Acceso directo del garaje por ascensor. La playa, chiringuito, restaurantes y tiendas están a cinco minutos andando. Apartamento muy bien equipado, nos sentimos como en casa.
